The Challenge

Investipal saw an opportunity to build a platform that automated the administrative layer of advisory work, enabling advisors to serve more clients at higher quality while maintaining full compliance documentation. The challenge was building AI-powered automation that was both genuinely useful in advisor workflows and compliant with financial regulatory requirements around documentation and explainability.

Our Approach

Green Platform served as the core engineering team for Investipal's platform, working from product requirements through architecture, development, and deployment. The engagement covered the full platform build — not a single feature or integration.

AI-driven onboarding: Client onboarding in financial services involves collecting information about risk tolerance, investment objectives, financial situation, and time horizon. We built an AI-assisted onboarding flow that guided clients through this process intelligently — adapting questions based on prior answers and pre-populating relevant sections to reduce friction.

Automated proposal and document generation: Advisors could generate personalized investment proposals, client agreements, and compliance documentation from within the platform — pulling from the onboarding data and applying the firm's templates and regulatory requirements. What previously took hours of manual drafting could be generated and reviewed in minutes.

Multi-asset portfolio management: The portfolio management module handled multiple asset classes — equities, fixed income, alternative assets — with a unified view and the ability to run scenarios and rebalancing analyses. Advisors could manage a book of business from a single interface rather than switching between disconnected tools.

Compliance architecture: Financial platforms require audit trails, documented advice rationale, and the ability to demonstrate suitability. All advisor actions in the platform were logged with appropriate metadata, and AI-generated content included attribution and review prompts to ensure human judgment was exercised before client delivery.
